Job Description:


  • Prep/Create all Life Insurance Applications (Life, DI, LTC)
  • Review applications for accuracy
  • Submit applications to Home Office
  • Schedule Medical Exams
  • Help to field incoming phone calls
  • Contact Insurance clients to confirm receipt of forms, requests, late premium payments, scheduling follow up meetings, etc.
  • Phoning: Including Term Conversion/APB Phone Calls
  • Mail
  • Faxes
  • Monitor Daily Status Reports and underwriting guidelines
  • Processing all Service Requests in regards to Insurance
  • Prepare Policies for Delivery
  • Prep Client Files for Meetings and Compliance Reviews
  • Policy Loan Management



  • Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Health and life licensed (LAH) or gain licensing within 6 months of employment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software.
  • Proficiency with updated forms of social media.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communicative skills with executive and other professional clients
  • Willingness to learn and grow into new realms of service.
