Job Description:

All The King's Horses Children's Ranch asks you to prayerfully consider an opportunity to become full-time House Parents or Respite Parents to broken children desperately needing guidance given by a loving Christian husband and wife team who are dedicated to the Lord and strong in their walk with Him.  We are expanding and growing our group home facility located on 90-acres of property along the San Pedro River and have homes that need to be filled with love and joy. You will care for up to six children of various ages (3-17) in a home setting supported by trained Christian staff, weekly meetings and prayer.  Placement of children in your care is carefully determined based on your input, staff review and meeting Ranch guidelines for positive results.  You will also be a vital part of each child's stay through participation in various meetings, decision making teams and daily interactions.

Your additional skills and abilities you bring with you are welcomed as we have many areas of work interests and share together as a community of believers.

With careful guidance from our Board of Directors and Executive Director, we are now embarked on the second stage of growth and expansion of our Master Plan while maintaining sound fiscal responsibiity.
