Job Description:

A company run on Christian and Biblical principles seeks a seasoned professional with strong customer service skills.

 

Ideal Candidate:

Passion for working with customers and suppliers. Thrives in a fast moving, high growth environment. 

Will work on in-sourcing back-office operations – order processing and returns management. 

 

Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

 

Orders

  1. Processing orders
  2. Orders are shipped from manufacturers, distributors or 3 warehouses.
  3. Update tracking once the order is shipped

 

Returns

1. Manage returns process

2. Submit returns request to the manufacturer or distributor

3.  Ensure credit is processed or replacement is shipped once return is sent back

 

 

Incoming Calls

  1. Product Questions
  2. Order inquiries 

 

Incoming Emails 

 

  1. Product Questions
  2. Order inquiries
