Must have the following experience:

  • AIA pay application processing for project 
  • NTO filing 
  • excel, adobe, outlook, word.
  • must be detailed and  organized 
  • have good communication skills 
  • well versed in Quickbooks premier contractors version
  • can do weekly payroll for small office
  • do collections on recievables 

Hours are about 3 days a week can turn into full time for the right person. We are subcontractor cleaning company, been in business 28 yrs, this is a home office atmosphere. Paid holidays and yearly vacations, great pay for the right person.
