Office Assistant

 

This is a FULL-TIME, 40 hour per week position Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Our offices are located in Glendale, CA and this is a wonderful career opportunity for the right individual with one of the finest broadcasting companies in America.  We are looking for a dynamic individual to help with all aspects of the administrative office.  Requires someone outgoing, personable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software, as well as excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.   

 

Some office duties include; processing invoices, filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating office luncheons and meetings.  This position works closely with various departments including: Traffic, Sales, Creative Services, Front Office and other departments.

 

Must be detail oriented. Experience is preferred and reliable transportation a must. High School diploma or equivalent required.
