Job Description:
This position is responsible for all aspects of operations planning, setting objectives and establishing outcome measurements. This person will be responsible for producing financial reports, managing all financial and administrative operations, as well as overseeing all plant and facility operations.

Neighborhood Church of Chico seeks a Senior Administrator, who possesses excellent communication, organizational and planning skills and who operates with the highest integrity and ethics. This person must be a team player and a self-motivated "people person" who completes projects in a timely manner.

It is required for this person to have a 4-year degree in business or finance, 5 years of progressive management experience, technical competence in reporting, budgeting and analysis. The successful candidate must be computer literate and be a long term church member who values Christian education. It is preferred that this candidate have experience with Peachtree Accounting Software, school administration and facility management, IT and information management and risk management experience. It is desired that this person be a CPA, and have capital project experience, as well as training and skills in mediation and negotiations.
