The Development Administrative Assistant contributes to the accomplishments of the Partner Development Team objectives by monitoring department activities and providing general administrative support to the Director and Field Reps; including record
and calendar management, data entry, preparation of presentation materials, tracking team expenses, and event planning assistance.
The person filling this position must have excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and follow-through of assigned tasks. A professional attitude is a must. High school diploma or equivalent and prior
administrative experience is required, preferably in a nonprofit or ministry fundraising environment. Project management experience is a plus.
This position reports to the Director of Partner Development and full-time at 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours required during large event weeks. Some domestic travel will be required.
