Job Description:
-Stocking kitchen/grocery store purchases
-Purchasing and upkeep of all office supplies
-Postage machine. Ordering supplies/postage refill/going to post office
-Maintenance on all office equipment - trouble shooting problems, and self repair if needed
-Handling all cell phone issues: including new orders, insurance claims, supplies, and random needs for all employees
-Phone system operation - maintenance calls, general setup for employees and problem solving
-Bank Errands

-Weekly payroll & payroll tax deposits
-State Child Support Payments & Follow-up
-Medical Benefit Administration & handling employee personal issues
-Filing workers comp claims - and keeping on top of current and new cases.

-Working side by side with Controller to ensure a smooth department operation
-Waivers & Releases
-Notice to Owners
-Upkeep of certificates of insurance from all vendors.
-Ensure proper documentation is in office before issuing checks to subcontractors: i.e. insurance certificates and contracts
-Data entry of all incoming invoices and bills - and proper use of all accounting codes in QuickBooks
-Generating reports when necessary for vendors, superintendents, and in house staff
-Answering and fielding all accounting questions - internally and externally
-Assist employees with expense and mileage reports
-Keep track of employee weekly time sheets
-Filing, Faxing, the usual office chores
