Occupational Summary: Director of Operations
This position is a full-time management position responsible for the oversight of all continuing education functions within the organization, including but not limited to the oversight of onsite, self-study, online, seminars, and Document Control.

Report directly to CEO and COO of organization.
Responsible for the oversight of all continuing education scheduling functions within the organization, including but not limited to, the oversight of on-site, self-study, online, seminars, and archive management.
Provide direction to all Scheduling and Document Control employees.
Provide training to clients and employees on the services and courses we provide
Promote and emulate a customer service focus within each department.
Develop the Scheduling and Document Control departments budget and goals.
Responsible for the financial and productivity performance of the Scheduling and Document Control departments.
Proactively monitor and act upon all aspects of the CE process through the analysis of reports and related documents.
Ensure the Scheduling and Document Control departments are integrated with other CEUI departments and goals.
Assist in development of ongoing organizational policies, procedures and standards.
Conduct performance reviews of staff members; develop and mentor staff members.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Position requires analytical, organizational and communications skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelors degree program.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, E-mail.
Contact database software experience desired (i.e. ACT)

Work requires a minimum of five years management experience within the healthcare, education, or insurance industry.
