Church Resource Ministries (CRM), a global ministry with more than 400 staff in 25 countries, is looking for an experienced customer service associate to fill the role of
Staff and Ministry Partner Liaison. The Staff & Ministry Partner Liaison serves as a first point of contact for CRM Staff and Ministry (financial) Partners. This includes answering donation-related calls and e-mails from Staff and
Ministry Partners and researching issues. This position works in cooperation with the front office as a member of the Staff Relations Team, and in collaboration with the Development to ensure quality care is provided to all CRM Ministry Partners.
The ideal candidate must be personable with excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the ability to problem solve. Qualified applicants must possess
the ability to work well as a member of a team, and bring a spirit of enthusiasm and energy and multi-cultural awareness. A pleasant attitude and a willingness to learn and serve is a must. Personal core beliefs and values must be in alignment with those
of Church Resource Ministries. It is therefore required that employees possess a reputation of honesty and integrity in all personal dealings and affirm CRM’s statement of faith, values, vision and purpose. Post high-school education and experience in a nonprofit
or ministry environment is preferred.
