Job Description:
Christian owned business in Oregon seeks professional Payroll/HR Administrator. Seasonal employee payroll may exceed 400 individuals of which approximately 100 are full time employees. Prefer individual with multi-state tax, multi-state worker's compensation and government contract payroll requirement/compliance experience. Proficient in HR issues and administration: COBRA, FMLA, Vacation, etc. Individual must possess poise and professionalism during cycles of high demand for company's services; leadership character in a team environment and strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in computer/software operation, networking environment. ACCPAC software used for accounting and HR administration; Crystal Reports application and design use a plus.
Compensation Negotiable.
