Directly assists CEO in communications, transcriptions, office management, and travel.
International Missions travel 3-4 times per year. Prefer single recent Christian seminary graduate due to travel requirements.
Act as a liaison between CEO, staff, travel agents, and ministry partners (foreign and domestic)
Multi-task oriented and a team player.
Self motivated requiring minimal supervision.
Screen phone calls and complete messages.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Works with Travel Coordinator in scheduling upcoming trips and performs duties regarding travel.
Review and respond to emails daily, and open US mail.
Performs miscellaneous assigned duties.
Proficiency in office equipment related to completing assigned tasks.
Performs typing at 70 wpm and transcription duties as needed (verbal or recorded).
Excellent spelling and grammar capabilities.
Transcribe board minutes, assemble board packets and mail the board each month.
Record all items given away on an individual basis (mass mailings and promo packs)
Good background in world geography especially Africa and Asia.
Type sermon notes after each trip containing topics, dates, place, etc.
Design spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or other miscellaneous projects as needed.
Maintain access of files containing previous correspondence.
Arrange pictures for printing in Publisher.
Filing and adding new business card information, updating system as needed.
Work with Information Technology department on issues regarding computers, systems, PDAs, mobile phones...
Knowledge of telephone systems for conference calls.
