Would you like the opportunity to bring joy to the senior community through your passion for nutrition and knowledge of nutritional care of others? CRISTA Senior Living, a ministry of CRISTA has an immediate opening for a Clinical Dietitian. This position
is responsible for providing nutritional care for residents across CRISTA Senior Living (CSL) in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. The dietician will perform comprehensive assessments and complete the care planning process for all NRC
residents. The Dietitian will also provide nutritional care and support to other areas of CSL as needed, including the Courtyard at Cristwood and the Courtyard in Silverdale.

1. Christian Commitment: Strong personal faith in Christ, demonstrated in behavior and attitude.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent
. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
3. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in skilled nursing facility working as a Dietitian.
Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedural manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Registered Dietitian Certification.
Current Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
6. Software and Equipment Used:
Familiar with HMX Vision or aptitude to become familiar with clinical software used at CSL.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
7. Other Considerations:
A thorough understanding of all applicable Washington State and Federal laws specific to the Food Service in a skilled nursing facility.
Must be organized and have interpersonal skills to effectively work well across the organization.
Able to conduct job in conformity with CRISTA policies and procedures.
Able to problem solve and work collaboratively with staff across the organization.
Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers and residents.
