Bookkeeper/Office Manager (FT)
Cocalico Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Time Bookkeeper/ Executive Assistant to work up to 40 hrs/wk in a Ephrata, PA based office. Must have solid QuickBooks Pro or equivalent accounting experience with ability to manage all General Ledger transactions, payroll, and provide general admininistrative support work. Half of the time will be spent on accounting related work and the other half will be consist of executive secretarial duties, assisting the President with, answering phones, preparing written communication materials to homebuyers and sub-contractors, and organizing information flow through email and Microsoft Office folders. Microsoft Office experience is required and the candidate must be highly organized, self motivated, positive, and be able to work independently. Submit a detailed resume to cpi.jobs@dejazzd.com.

Human Resources functions

Budget vs. actual construction cost analysis
Preparing Building Permits
Blueprint Organization
Post settlement homeowner information
Customer warranty coordination
Settlement coordination

Accounting or Bookeeping experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, & Outlook Express
