This position be a high level support for the CEO, primarily by driving critical functions within the Strategy and Marketing Process; collaborating with top managers and the CEO executive assistant.
JOB DUTIES AND TASKS:
1) Strategy & Marketing Process Development, Refinement, and Implementation
a) Participate in the development and refinement of subprocesses
i) Will play a major role in the development and refinement of the Marketing subprocess
ii) Will play a minor role in the development and refinement of the Strategy subprocess, possibly moving to more significant role in the future
b) Implementation of the Subprocesses
i) Will be the major driver of the Marketing Subprocess implementation
ii) Will begin with some lower-level implementation responsibilities in the Strategy Subprocess, growing over time.
2) High Level CEO Assistant
a) Key Communication liaison
b) Create and develop visual presentations
c) Act as a Project Manager on special projects
d) Executive Leadership Management process support
i) Organizational structure
ii) Performance management
iii) High-level administrative support for Executive Team
iv) GHF Board responsibilities
e) Culture Development support
f) Strategic Alliance administrative support
Internal and External Contacts
This individual will have:
Very frequent interaction with CEO Executive Assistant
Frequent interaction with Assistant Process Owner of the Strategy & Marketing Process; VP of Sales and Marketing; VP of HR in Culture Development support.
Significant interaction with GHF Board Chairman; Executive Team, and other top managers
Will become familiar with every individual in the GHF organization.
Some Interaction with external contacts.
