Job Description:
South Seattle executive suite needs a friendly, professional person to manage our front desk. Duties include telephone answering and transferring calls to multiple tenants, greeting and directing guests in our lobby, as well as performing a variety of clerical functions.

Skills Required:
Experience in answering multiple telephone lines
Good customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Good MS Offiice Skills
Self-starter
Creative skills a plus
