Administrator - Full Time Salaried Position

Teen Challenge Southern California, Inc., is a non-profit substance abuse recovery program which was established in California in 1963.

Position Overview: The Administrator will work with the accounting office to assemble financial reports, projections and budgets and present such reports to the Board of Directors, Audit Review Committee and other reporting agencies. Additionally, he/she will oversee 10 administrative personnel and manage the administrative offices. The Administrator will also be responsible to monitor and ensure all accreditation standards and Teen Challenge policies and procedures are effectively implemented at the administrative offices as well as the Southern California Centers. This person will also serve as a member of the Executive Committee. The Administrator will assist the Executive Director in all aspects of the Teen Challenge ministry.

Experience and Skills Required:

Related experience a must, education a plus. They must have knowledge of generally accepted financial and accounting principles for non-profit organizations as well as a working knowledge of donor management, insurance, property, human resources, child abuse reporting policies, and health and safety. Demonstrates compliance with the Teen Challenge statement of faith and Christian conduct standards.
