FireSeeds is recruiting a an Online Marketing Manager in Pittsburgh, PA for our faith-based client. They show financial advisors, estate planners, and money managers how to get BIG results from their marketing and business building efforts, so that they can take home more income, have a bigger impact on their family, friends, clients, and causes they care about deeply.


The Online Marketing Manager will build the “opted in” prospect list through implementing, tracking and optimizing online marketing campaigns across selected online channels


Job Description
  • Plan, execute, track and report on all online marketing campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our websites, landing pages, and selected social media
  • Measure and report ROI of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Optimize multiple marketing funnels
  • Coordinate and integrate with team on offline marketing and sales campaigns
  • Collaborate with outside vendors and resources

Weekly Schedule

  • 40-50 hours a week. Expected to work 8 live events over the year.


  • Starting Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus Opportunity: 15-20% of first year salary
  • Benefits: Medical
  • Vacation: Closed last week of the year + 8 paid holidays; 14 days PTO/Sick days 
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 7 – 10 years of proven results and experience in digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of HTML and/or WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proven experience managing multiple marketing campaigns, websites, SEO/SEM
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Preferred Experience


  • Experience marketing through Youtube and Podcasting
  • Experience with InfusionSoft SRM or email automation equivalent
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Inbound Marketing Certification
  • Google Adwords Certified
