The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the senior staff position of the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association. The CAO will also manage and supervise all personnel (staff or volunteer) with the primary responsibility to hire and fire and assign duties to assure effective implementation. The CAO is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facilities and properties owned and utilized by the OGCMA. The CAO reports to the Board of Trustees through the President. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Strong Christian Character, Personal Integrity, Sympathetic to OGCMA Mission, Strong Leader, Demonstated Management Skills, Strong Organization Skills, Effective Communicator, Enthusiastic, Able to Withstand Critcism, Strong Skills. QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of five years leadership experience and facilities management plus familiarity with the Wesleyan Holiness tradition is required. Experience required in general management, program development, and budget oversight.
