Job Description:

Primary Responsibility - Generate offers from a predefined pool of Buyers to purchase practices. 

No cold calling! A list of Buyers will be supplied to you that have requested to be on our mailing list, we have ~18,000 clients already being served. While you will primarily be working out of your supplied office in Orange, we also provide you with opportunities to acquire new clients daily from our up-call systems. You will be representing clients from across the nation and Southern California, to purchase dental practices in: Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura County, as well as other areas throughout Southern California. Additionally you will:

*Assist Buyers submitting offers, documentation to lenders, insurance companies and a variety of resources, to finalize the purchase
*Monitor the transactional process of the practice sale and work closely with your Buyer to facilitate the closing of the transaction
*Interface with landlords and property managers to assist Buyers with obtaining new leases or lease assignments
*Proactively manage the practice transition through to closing with all parties necessary to the closing

Prerequisites For The Dental Practice Broker/Agent:

*Real Estate License Issued by California DRE or BRE (required)
*Bachelors degree (preferred, but not required)

Desired Experience In One or More Of The Following Areas (all areas are NOT required):

*Experience working in or with dental practices
*Experience working in or with loan financing services (specific to commercial real estate a plus)
*Experience working in or with escrow services (specific to commercial real estate a plus) 
*Experience in sales or leasing real property (specific to commercial real estate a plus) 
*Experience in running meetings & negotiating issues (specific to contracts a plus)

Required Strengths:

*Strong ability to multi-task
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Strong marketing skills to represent practice inventory
*Strong computer skills (Exchange or Mail, Excel or Numbers & Word or Pages)
