Following Opening and Closing Procedures

Data Entry:
Prepare Estimates, Sales Receipts and Invoices
Filing

Calendar:
Appointments.
Follow-Ups.
Manage Multiple Schedules.


Process payments.
Place orders of supplies.
Manage Customer Service Requests.
Write Letters.
Assist General and Sales Manager in any office related task.

Organisation Skills
Willing to work after hours if necessary
Work from Monday to Saturday from 10 to 5 (This may be adjusted)
Leadership
Carreer Oriented. Willingness to build a team to become Manager
