Development professional who wants to play an influential role in saving lives in Israel, we are looking for a full-time fundraising professional who will be responsible for raising funds by utilizing a variety of strategies including face-to-face solicitations,
parlor meetings and events that will encompass donor cultivation and solicitation and fulfillment events and raise the Heart to Heart Program and MDA awareness. The Development Executive will be responsible to cultivate and solicit gifts at a minimum level
Education, Experience & Skills Required:
Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree, with a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience required. Must have experience with donor cultivation, solicitation and experience in planning small and large events within the Christian community. A successful
candidate is one who is self motivated, reliable and responsible. Additionally, s/he should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to convey ideas clearly and interact effectively to a diverse constituency and maintain discretion
and confidentiality at all time. Must be able to work independently and part of a team, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in, Microsoft Office Suite required and experience with donor
databases. Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends; Frequent local and regional travel.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience; competitive full benefit package provided.
