Responsibilities of Field Operations Manager:


The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for all New Latitude activities outside of their main location. This includes communicating with drivers, movers, and other staff to complete the required task in the most efficient and excellent manner possible. This individual will be a trainer, motivator, teacher, inspector, and captain of the entire moving and delivery processes on the field.  


  • Direct all strategic or tactical changes that impact the operation or the team, and lead the implementation of goals, processes, and policies as instructed by New Latitude leadership. 
  • Maintain records  and coordinate schedules to insure that other workers are being held accountable, motivated to excellent service, and being attentive to safety. 
  • Keep a collaborative partnership with all aspects of New Latitude and work well with other departments of the business. 
  • Hire, train, and retain members to maintain excitement and efficiency for the vision and high expectations of the company. 
  • Facilitate strategic planning and goal setting to insure overall growth of the company as a whole.

Fitting the culture of New Latitude is the upmost priority. Underneath that umbrella, the ideal candidate would have a successful track record in below categories:


  • Operations: track record of leadership in an organizational role or customer service
  • Management: accomplished past in leading a team (preferably in tough environment)
  • Initiation: experience in scenarios where initiation determined success


Location: Birmingham, Alabama


Compensation Structure: Base + Incentives

First year total: 38-45k

Second year total: 40-55k

Third year plus: Upside for advancement with company expansion
