Our Indianapolis Office assurance services practice provides high quality, value-added assurance services to a variety of not-for-profit clients. We seek a motivated professional to serve these types of organizations through the professional services offered by a CPA firm.

The ideal candidate wants to invest his/her gifts and abilities in a unique environment, and is committed to excellence and providing value-added services as a Senior Auditor.

Work with a variety of industries included in the not-for-profit marketplace; function as in-charge auditor of moderately complex audit engagements and assist Partners and Managers as a senior auditor on highly complex audit engagements; create work products such as audit documentation, analyses and internal control testing; prepare the audit approach as it relates to the nature, extent and timing of procedures; assign and review the work of staff auditors; prepare client deliverables and respond to quality control directives.

Provide leadership to clients through professional relationships and industry leading expertise in all matters related to the delivery of client services. Monitor workflow of multiple engagements and inform Managers of progress and deadlines.
Display integrity, values, ethics, and leadership. Contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness of firm practices through creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Possess information technology skills to utilize the firms professional tools and resources.

To qualify, candidates must have:
-a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
-a minimum of 2 years of related audit or applicable business experience; experience in public accounting preferred
-CPA certification desired, but not required (eligibility to sit for the exam is required)
-strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
-demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
-proficiency in Microsoft Office, Citrix, and ProSystem
-a willingness for limited travel, estimated at 40 days or less per year
