The focus of the Northshore Christian Academy’s Principal is as follows:

  • To oversee the 3rd-5th program of Northshore Christian Academy.
  • To serve as the instructional leader for the 3rd-5th Division.
  • To mentor and provide leadership to the 3rd-5th grade teaching staff of NCA.
  • To provide operational supervision for 3rd-5th Division.
  • To oversee and expand the 3rd-5th grade program that includes spiritual, academic, social, emotional and physical development of the students.
  • To facilitate, develop and expand the school counseling program for the 3rd-5th program through program development and supervising the school counselor.
  • To provide spiritual leadership to the 3rd-5th Grade School program that includes the oversight of the 3rd-5th grade chapel and spiritual development initiatives.
  • To provide support to the administration as directed and determined.
  • To provide a nurturing and mentorship environment for 3rd – 5th grade students.
  • To lead the math and science program that meets the goals of being a leader in math, science and technology education for the K-8 grade grades.
  • To direct the Foreign Language Department.
