Manage Major Donor relationships and corresponding revenue goals for assigned US region comprised of multiple states. Implement National Campaign strategies and initiatives in the same region while actively seeking to identify, cultivate, solicit, and the stewardship of Major Donors. Equally important are the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of new Major Donors, including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
Relevant bachelors degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience. 5 years development, consultative sales, or related experience with increasing responsibility for revenue generation. Demonstrated effectiveness as personally raising $1,000,000 plus gifts. Demonstrated effectiveness in managing others and working with volunteers to solicit contributions of $50,000 plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and delegate effectively. Superior writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Intermediate Outlook, Windows, PowerPoint and Excel skills. Demonstrated professionalism; ability to bring wise discernment as role of ambassador for PF. Planned giving and tax law knowledge. Advanced knowledge and skills in using fund-raising databases. Working knowledge of budgeting and finance principles. Ability to quickly gain understanding of organizations structure and culture. Ability to appropriately handle confidential information. 40% travel, valid drivers license, and satisfactory driving record required. Financial Management and Financial references required. Prefer: Advanced degree or CFRE.
