Oversee provision of technical and creative services required for delivering individual projects which together comprise PFs overall marketing and CRM plans. Design and implement processes, workflow, and procedures. Develop and maintain a complete, clean and integrated ministry database of all external constituents. Supervise the job tracking function. Direct workflow and list utilization for PFs marketing efforts, including management of external services as needed. Responsible for data base hygiene and the coordination of processes to manage that hygiene in conjunction with other departments. Provide or supervise development and analysis of assigned marketing strategies and recommendations. Ensure adequate organizational training on the policies, procedures and issue resolution procedures for using the constituent database in relationship building activities.
7+ years experience in segmentation and database management, preferably with a direct marketing non-profit or marketing agency. 4 years management experience including budgeting, strategic planning, analysis and reporting. BA in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent education and experience. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook 97 including Word, Excel, Access. Prefer: Intermediate level skills in iMis. Intermediate level skills in fundraising software with ability to ensure data integrity, select list pulls, and analyze results. Excellent attention to detail. Highly-organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet firm deadlines.
