Job Description:
Southfield Christian School is seeking a Superintendent to serve as the Head of School for a K-12 program. The position requires that the person hold a Masters Degree, have administrative experience which would include fund raising, has an authentic walk with Jesus, and has leadership ability. The Superintendent would report directly to the School Board and work with an Elementary School Principal, a Middle School Principal, a High School Principal, and a Business Manager. The responsibility of this position would include overseeing the over all academic program of the school. An important part of this position would be the ability to lead in the continuing development of the school.
