Program Director Job Description
Handle crisis pregnancy calls
Train volunteers as crisis pregnancy counselors
Conduct intake interviews with potential residents
Build Relationship with the residents
Effectively conduct individual counseling with residents
Guide residents in career planning and obtaining scholarships
Effectively conduct individual counseling with parents or guardians of residents
Effectively conduct individual counseling with fathers of residents babies
Maintain resident files
Keep current the registration of minors with FACCCA
Keep Guidelines for Residents updated
Oversee the training of Houseparents and the implementation of their responsibilities
Prepare Houseparents schedules
Oversee the training of the Nursery Supervisor and the implementation of her/his responsibilities.
Prepare schedules for nursery supervision
Supervise the "Daughters of Zion" mentoring program.
Prepare schedule of daily activities for the residents
Coordinate and schedule classes for residents
Implement classes for residents that will aid in achieving the mission of Lifeline Family Center.
Be available for House Meetings with Houseparents and residents.
Be available for after hours conflict resolution in emergency situations.
Lead Girl Review on a weekly basis.
Oversee Post Abortion Counseling and Education
Oversee Teen Life Council Abstinence Program
Meet with Middle and High School Counselors to introduce them to Lifeline Family Center and
Investigate opportunities to speak to the students about abstinence and our Center
Be available to participate in speaking engagements or community awareness programs
