Super Stitch LLC
Tempe, Arizona, United States

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Super Stitch LLC is a Christian owned commercial upholstery company that services restaurants and health clubs in the Phoenix metro area. Some of our customers consist of Oregano’s, Cheesecake Factory, Lifetime Fitness, Mountainside fitness and others. Super Stitch LLC was formed in the fall of 2013 but is actually the result of a family business expansion form Washington State back in 2008. The managing son of Brodie upholstery bought out the Arizona customer list and renamed it to Super Stitch. The company has grown fast without marketing of any sort but it’s time to hire our first installer and expand.

Basic job description:

Driving company truck

Disassembling / assembling fitness equipment and restaurant seating.

Pulling staples / tearing down upholstery.

Stapling / installing new upholstery covers.

The good:

There is no experience needed for this position. Starting pay is $12 per hour. The scenery changes daily. You get to meet new people every day. There isn’t much heavy lifting. Room for promotion and growth within the company.

The bad:

Super Stich is a new business with a proven model of operation but the work load comes in waves which means you will need to be somewhat flexible at first. The end result will be a mon-fri 6am-2pm work week and possible overtime when needed.

The heat; being from Washington we are used to managing the cold and the rain. Since opening in Arizona we have been managing the heat. We have been adding AC units and painting vehicles with UV reflective paint but we are still working on cooling down the work environment.

The ugly:

There really is no ugly but on that topic, you can’t come to work ugly. You will need to maintain good personal hygiene.

Brush your teeth (do not have stank breath)

Shave or maintain a trimmed beard

Use pit-stick

Comb your hair

Wear your company shirt

Thank you for your time,

Justin Brodie
