Job Summary: The Finance & Business Management Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operation and strategic development of CRISTA Senior Living. This position will analyze financial
data in relationship to actual operations in order to strategically and tactically develop and prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operation and strategic development of CRISTA
Senior Living. This position will work closely with and report to the Vice President of Senior Living with dotted line reporting to the Director- Financial Planning & Analysis. The Finance & Business Management Director will oversee budgeting and financial
projections, dash boarding of critical metrics and work with CRISTA leaders to ensure reports are accurate and timely as well as oversee compliance of regulatory requirements.
