Job Description:
Fresno/Madera YFC is located in Central California, an area rich in ethnic, economic and spiritual diversity. This is a chapter with an exceptional 55-year history of innovative and powerfully effective ministry teams.

The Campus Life Director develops and manages the chapter-wide programming designed to give every high school student the opportunity to make an informed decision to become a follower of Jesus Christ and become a part of a local church. It is ministry for someone who is entrepreneurial and creative in their efforts to reach lost kids. It is a job for that requires partnering with, empowering and equipping volunteers. It is a management level position for someone with leadership gifts and organizational skills. The Campus Life Director is a leader of leaders.

The Campus Life Director will:
1.Develop and manage an outreach ministry to high school students.
2.Recruit, screen, train, supervise, develop and disciple adult volunteers who serve high school students.
3.Build a network of relationships with youth, parents, pastors, youth leaders, school personnel and community leaders.
4.Develop, manage and meet ministry budget and expand the base of support Campus Life and the Fresno/Madera chapter.

Required Experience:
1.A proven track record of ministry leadership, either vocational or volunteer
2.Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
3.Evidence of a vital personal relationship with Jesus Christ which is demonstrated through a morally upstanding lifestyle that is in keeping with biblical principles.

YFC staff members are missionaries, and as such they raise some financial support to offset part of the cost of salary and benefits.
