Job duties:
Direct the affairs of business and finance, legal and government matters and report, immigration matters for missionaries, shipping and customs, employment and Filipino staff matters, property and equipment operations.

The Business Administrator is to see that these affairs are executed with Christian integrity and in compliance to generally accepted standards, nationally and internationally.

Qualities desired:
Mature with business skills. May be male or female, single or married, preferably over 25 years old. Minimum commitment of 2 years.
a. Administratively gifted with willingness to assist missionaries and Fiipino people
b. Organizer with a mind for detail
c. A "people person" and able to work cross-culturally
d. Know how to manage finances and experience with bookkeeping and accounting
e. Working knowledge of Quick Books, or willing and able to learn
f. Working knowledge of PC computers
g. Willing and able learner
