Job Description:
Financial Manager in Mountlake Terrace WA headquarters.

Responsible for all financial and accounting facets of the mission's operations including supervision of financial department staff, receipting, disbursements, accounts, budgets, recordkeeping, overseeing annual audit preparations and working with outside auditor, correspondence with members, donors and leaders; training of new missionaries in financial procedures.

Assist the USA Director with information, records, projects and board presentations.

Assist in design and implementation of new software for ACTION USA.

Should have several years of experience in accounting, working with a variety of individuals, sense of humor, patience and not easily "ruffled."
