Job Description:
Customer Service Specialist needed to fill a key full-time role in a downtown Tacoma marketing agency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to a large volume of calls and e-mails from clients and managing their accounts.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service
Positive attitude and high energy
Must be motivated, detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
