The primary responsibilities for this position are to lead the recruitment process and selection candidates for open positions while providing employees relations support to both employees and supervisors.
The development of marketing and recruiting strategies for open positions while communicating effectively with candidates and supervisors in all phases of the recruitment process are a daily part of this position. Other areas of responsibility will be
to calculate compensation; make job offers; and on-board new employees. Familiarity with applicant tracking software and a desire to work with other HR staff are all valued skills for this position. So, if you have excellent computer skills, strong verbal
