Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in planned gift fund raising or complementary field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong public speaking skills
Strong networking and social skills
Ability to simplify complex issues to increase effectiveness of communication
Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment and maintain poise under pressure
Working knowledge of charitable gift proposal software
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree

Experience Required: 3 years
