Pinnacle Forum seeks a Vice President to establish forums, build chapters, and grow the ministry into a highly effective body focused on creating a culture that reflects the values of Jesus.
1.Initiate and maintain local chapter growth and development
Plan and administer training of executive directors
Strategize with and support all executive directors and chapter leaders
Lead monthly executive director teleconferences
Identify new chapter opportunities and assist local contacts to establish forums and build chapters
Share the mission and vision of PFA throughout the U.S. (travel required)
2.Manage Partner recruitment and relations
Process new Partner applications
Facilitate the connection of Partners with like-minded passions
Continue to improve and create Partner deliverables
3.Oversee the daily operations of Pinnacle Forum
Supervise and encourage all PFA staff
Assist in budget creation and execution of financial goals
Serve as primary liaison between accounting firm and PFA
Collaborate with PFA staff on National Conference, teleforums and communication tools such as the website and written material of PFA.
4.Assist President with immediate and long-term planning of the ministry
1.The ability to think strategically
2.The ability to lead others and create teams--a motivator
3.The ability to write and speak effectively while representing PFA in a variety of settings which may include large group settings
5.Enough administrative skills to see that projects are finished in a timely manner
Must have a burning desire to serve Jesus and be willing to invest their life into a cause far greater than themselves. Willing to be broken, transparent, and have a servants heart.
PFA is a ministry that continues to transition from a start-up local ministry into a nation-wide movement that can have a significant impact on our world. The person who accepts this position will become the leader who shapes the organization for the 21st century.
