Part-Time Youth Director

Faith Baptist Church of Skagit Valley is seeking God's man to fill a part-time
position as Youth Director. (With a potential of working into a full- time position)
Located in Burlington, WA, an-hour north of Seattle (Exit #230 off I-5)
Church size: 100
Study Opportunities:
Skagit Valley Community College (5 miles)
Western Washington University (25 miles)
Skagit Valley School of the Bible (An adult Bible Institute, Bible College level, which is a ministry of Faith Baptist Church)
Intern Training (Under the Leadership of Dr. James W. Shaw)
Salary: Dependent on time commitment (Should be enough to meet school expenses, dependent on the school)
Qualifications:
Born again, serious Christian
Lover of the God, His Word, and people
Ability to disciple college, high school and junior high youth
Ability to train others to do Biblical youth work
Industrious and self-disciplined
Growing personality
Optimistic personality
Think life is fun ('cause we're serious, sort of)
Open to college or seminary student or to serious Christian in secular or Christian employment interested in an unique, part-time service opportunity (possibly a school teacher or ???)

7. To lead teens to a healthy realization of their personal worth before God - To be a trusted validator of their valve
8. To lead in the teaching, training and discipline of teens
9. To lead teens to be stewards of their time, talents, and treasures
