As a retained executive search firm, we are helping an established, Christ-centered ministry hire a new CEO. Our client is one of the most effective organizations in the country serving homeless men, woman and children in desperate need.
Through several hundred paid staff and hundreds of volunteers at 6 separate facilities across the state, they provide housing (temporary and extended), meals, counseling, Bible studies, addiction recovery and an array of services to 3,000+ individuals a year.
They also operate multiple thrift stores that sell donated items to help fund programs.
The current CEO is a highly respected leader who plans to retire when a suitable replacement can be found. The new CEO will inherit a capable staff and leadership team that has an average tenure of 10 years, and a dynamic, multi-faceted evangelical ministry
with a budget of more than $15 million.
They are financially stable; known for highly effective, life-changing programs; a strong but non-invasive board; they have great relationships with state agencies, churches, business leaders and community partners; are an accredited member of ECFA; and
the highest rating by Charity Navigator.
The ideal CEO will, among other things, be a mature, evangelically-minded follower of Christ; an accomplished executive leader with a track record of success overseeing complex operations; have fundraising acumen with superior relationship building skills;
have evidence of a heart to help the poor; and be a visionary with excellent listening and communication skills.
A competitive 6-figure compensation package will be tailored to attract the best candidate. If this sounds like something you'd like to learn more about and it fits your background, please email me at SKaufman@ConvergenceRecruiting.com with relevant info
