Job Description:
Leadership Catalyst is an internationally recognized non-profit religious organization whose vision is to leave in its wake thousands of environments of grace around the globe. We accomplish this vision by training and guiding people, leaders and cultures on a truth-telling journey of trust and hope into Gods world of grace.

We are currently looking for a qualified individual to provide administrative support for the Executive Team: Author/President and Author/VP. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the Executive Teams schedules and calendars are accurate and up to date and for applying business strategies to ensure they are organized and effective. He or she will represent the Executive Team professionally with all outside contacts through face-to-face, phone, voice mail, email and postal mail communications.

The individual will work with the Events Manager to provide detailed coordination of Exec. Team's speaking engagements including but not limited to: creating outlines and handouts for attendees, creating PowerPoint presentations, gathering audio, video and printed materials for events, coordinating the gathering and packing of materials for presenters, cost-effective coordination of travel arrangements, including air & ground transportation, accommodations and support documents, as needed.

Additionally he or she will be required to do data research and compilation, assist with development of ministry resources, including books, guides, and other printed or electronic materials, etc.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation
Intermediate to advanced skills in Access or File Maker
Excellent phone, problem-solving and customer service skills
High level writing, spelling & grammatical skills - strong proof reading skills
Previous administrative experience serving and Executive or Executive Team
Bachelors degree preferred - any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Leadership Catalyst.
