Responsible for directing the day to day and long range efforts of a major Hispanic market radio station. Responsibilities include selling proactive local direct, spot, and long-form program as well as marketing the station to the Hispanic community. Creative
positioning of the station to the local community for increased audience share; relationship-building with community religious leadership; and partnering with national ministry clients towards improved financial performance. The position entails oversight
of station technical/engineering, administration/human resources and programming/operations departments. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated ability to exceed financial/budget goals; hire, train and motivate sales talent; and protect/enhance value
of the station's FCC license.

the religious and conservative core audience, its issues and concerns, is preferred. Career stability, and the ability to recruit, train and grow sales talent is essential. Bilingual Spanish is a must.
