Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will oversee all activities of the church, including publishing written and electronic communication, assist in coordinating volunteers, and support of Pastors. This includes maintaining a cheerful, organized and friendly environment for all who enter the church, meeting the needs of guests, volunteers and congregational members, scheduling of projects and maintenance of supplies and equipment.

Provide the Pastoral Staff & Ministry Leaders with administrative assistance, therefore allowing them to focus on their areas of ministry. This includes general oversight in the maintenance of Ministry database, to includes data entry and providing up-to-date reports as needed by Staff and Ministry leaders.
