Responsible for directing the day to day and long range efforts of a top 60 SE market cluster. Responsibilities include high energy, proactive, spot and program marketing/sales; creative positioning of the station to the local advertising community; relationship-building
with church leaders; partnering with national ministry clients to improve financial performance. The position entails oversight of all station departments, with particular emphasis on sales: local direct, digital, long-form and NTR. Qualified candidates
must have demonstrated ability to exceed financial/budget goals; hire, train and motivate sales talent; and protect/enhance value of the station's FCC license.
