Job Description:
Bothell Financial Advisor looking to hire a part-time Admininistrative Assistant. This person will be assisting with administrative responsibilities including customer service of existing client base, maintaining filing system and contact mangement system, setting appointments, scanning documents, producing client reports, helping advisor with case preparation, word processing etc.

Individual will be highly organized and detail oriented, competency with Microsoft Office & have excellent computer skills and knowledge. Also, have the ability to communicate & work effectively with clients while maintaining professionalism. Finally, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. And knowledge of ACT contact management program a plus

Compensation $10-$15 DOE/Flexible hours
