Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, this position is responsible for the coordination of Guest Services and Hospitality, supervision and training of the Guest Services staff, receiving and cataloging memorabilia in the vault and display cases and to provide excellent service to guests and staff who use the Training Center building.


Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling and professional supervision of Guest Services staff (associate, and volunteer)
Coordinate the daily operations of Guest Services facilities, functions and staff for events at the Training Center building (meeting space, maintenance, cleanliness, transportation)
Manage Guest Services functions including the Front Desk, switchboard, hostesses and greeters (and Facility Support and Transportation in coordination with Guest Services Coordinator - Facility Support/Transportation)
Manage Guest Services during events with a courteous, servant heart
Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of rooms for events taking place in the Training Center
Responsible for the set-up of rooms for all events taking place in the Training Center in coordination with the Guest Services Coordinator - (Facility Support/Transportation)
Responsible for interior and exterior maintenance and appearance of the Training Center in coordination with the Guest Services Coordinator - (Facility Support/Transportation) and Property Services Departments
Oversee contract workers who clean the Training Center in coordination with the Property Services Department
Responsible for the orderliness and usage of all storage spaces in coordination with all departments using the spaces
Responsible for the vault and memorabilia displays, including security, organization of space, cataloging, placement and removal of items
Assist in developing short and long range plans for space utilization, maintenance, transportation, and staffing of the facility
Serve as Guest Services TC On-Duty Manager for seminars, guest groups, and special events when scheduled
Serve as the Duty Manager for BGTC events when scheduled
Attend Planning and Evaluation Meetings
Other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager


Reports to the Guest Services Manager
Supervises Lobby Hostesses, Front Desk, and Switchboard staff as assigned by the Guest Services Manager
