Position Title:  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant/Office & Sales Assistant

Position Summary: Performs duties related to helping the General Manager, Sales People, and Business Manager with general office procedures including: Assisting on Power Point presentations and Excel spreadsheet reports. Answers telephone and assigned emails and helps GM keep an appointment calendar. Typing correspondence, filing, mail (in-going and out-going). Helps to coordinate events.

Assists the sales team with proposals/presentations, one sheets for media kits, writing up contracts, sending out “new client letters” and assists Account Executives with research. Assist Business Manager with Spanish speaking clients.


Reports to: General Manager/Business Manager


Compensation:  D.O.E FLSA: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-exempt, Full benefit package


Hours: Monday -Friday   9:00am to 6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch)


Requirement of Position:  Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)


Minimum (2) years of general office and/or receptionist experience.

Very important to be Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook, Publisher and the Internet.

Excellent communication, presentation and people skills.

Must be able to provide I-9 verification documents for eligibility to work in the USA.


Personality Traits: Must be a team player, with a positive attitude with a passion for our stations.

Flexible, team-minded individual with good organizational skills. Comfortable with answering a medium volume of incoming calls. Good interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
