project/sales team support and coordination, campaign reporting and optimization, experience with insertion orders, and ability to manage accounts post-sale. Experience in online advertising, media sales, and/or administrative support preferred. Compensation
package commensurate with qualifications & experience. Position has potential to advance to Advertising Coordinator in 6-8 months upon performance review.
Writing insertion orders per account executive request within 24 hours of receiving the Sales Order.
Updating business closed pending with new order start dates, insertion order number and monthly revenue break down.
Updating shared Google calendar with send/start dates for all insertion order line items.
Uploading client signed contracts to EchoSign for internal signatures/distribution.
Provide account executives with post-campaign reporting, or as needed (display ad reports, newsletter reports, HTML reports).
Salesforce reporting as requested.
Gather screenshots for all campaigns that require them.
Weekly sales team reporting for management (Meaningful Conversations and Activity reports).
Inputting inbound leads in Salesforce and distributing the leads to our account executives for follow up.
Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
1-2 years min of successful project coordination.
Strong organization skills.
Strong computer skills including spreadsheet, email, and Google applications.
Great communication & client relations skills.
