We have an outstanding opportunity for a full charge bookkeeper at our corporate office in Kent. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communications skills, ability to multi-task, with approximately 10 years of Accounting experience. You must have a High School Diploma. A 3 yr accounting/bookkeeping education with accounting degree is required. You need to have experience with accounting software and Excel. Experience with multi-division companies or cost acounting is a plus.

Some of the key duties will be to process these functions:
Over see 1-2 accounting personnel
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports/filings
Oversee weekly check run and facilitate signing.
Oversee all accounts payable/receivable invoices daily.
Oversee person who is primary point of contact for most vendors.
Ensure there are no duplicate payments or over charges.
Audit and enter employee expense reports.
Set up new vendors for payment.
Communicate system changes to team.
Other duties as assigned by management.
