Our client is a leader in this arena. They have been faithfully serving the fundraising, media, and marketing needs of ministries and non-profits for over several years. Their organization is comprised of bright and ambitious people collaborating in a process and result-oriented environment.
The Vice President, Account Supervisor will supervise the management of account groups, provide strategic support, leadership and guidance to their groups, and build business within current accounts. Will lead and grow accounts, supervise and develop an account team and mentor their growth, and provide value to the organizations leadership team. Will lead strategic development and resourcing for all account activities and advise clients on current opportunities to expand their growth.
Will manage and ensure cohesiveness between account teams, creative teams and production teams to include copy and design approval and market research. Cultivates a foundational base of knowledge and passion for each clients mission while demonstrating and understanding of the agencys branding process and fosters/contributes to brand building among account groups. Will stay current on fundraising, marketing and communication trends and be active in proposal development.
Will have BS or BA (Marketing preferred), however MBA is desirable. Will have 9+ years in direct response marketing or fundraising and be theologically astute, entrepreneurial in spirit and a mature conservative Christian who desires to impact the culture for Christ.
